MAS is a 125 year old preservation organization in New York City which contributed to the founding of the Landmark Preservation Council, many of NYC's zoning laws and the start of many neighborhood preservation organizations. Having saved Grand Central and managed many city monuments, MAS is now using "big data" from the city to look at future sites for supertalls, proper aggregation of air rights and zoning gerrymandering to overbuild. We manage city tours and focus on the livability of our city for the next century.
